Our contract managers oversea the overall execution of the contract as per international best practices.
We assist our clients in developing project roadmaps, and framework plans from desktop studies up to project implementation, commissioning and handover to the end user. Establishing project schedules, look-ahead schedules, recovery plans and progress measurement systems, which we are able to monitor, update, provide recommendations and reporting. We can compile detailed daily, weekly and monthly reports which include cash flow analysis and resource histograms.

Our project controls scope of works includes estimating costs for project works, preparation of tender documents, developing budgets and continuous management of cost versus budget throughout a project lifecycle, project cost reporting and cash flow monitoring, gauging project performance through earning value analysis, validate time-related compensation events and early warnings to mitigate costly project delays.
